As the director of Client Service, I navigate bureaucracy so our clients don’t have to. Day to day, I ensure everything runs smoothly, from onboarding and account maintenance to implementing estate plans and investment strategies. I coordinate with custodians, CPAs, estate attorneys, and other third parties so our clients are comprehensively cared for. I truly enjoy a puzzle, both in and out of work.
I live in Chicago with my husband, Dave, and our three kids. We love experiencing the city together, especially its libraries, museums, neighborhood restaurants, and pockets of nature. At home, you can usually find us reading, working in the garden, or cooking something to share. Our family is also deeply involved in our local church community, which is a big part of why we are here and why we stay.
